Scanning a page and getting a result you cannot explain? Include the URL you scanned and what you expected. A scanner that reports the wrong thing is worse than one that reports nothing, so those messages get looked at first.
Before you write
Most questions about a score are answered by the report itself: open the finding and it states what was measured, why it matters and what to do about it. If the number still does not add up, that is worth reporting.
Questions about your data
For anything about what is stored, how long it is kept, or having a scan deleted, the privacy statement covers most of it.
What to expect
Replies come from one person in their own time. There is no service level agreement, and there is no point pretending otherwise.
